• Prepare and execute authentic Chinese dishes with consistency and quality • Manage kitchen operations during service • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained • Oversee inventory and assist with ordering • Train and support kitchen staff

• Prior experience as a chef or lead cook in a Chinese restaurant • Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic • Weekend availability required
